Hello ppl,
i been working out for 2years plus alrdy.
nowadays when i do finish my workout i dont feel any aches.
i wanna maintain the current workout.
question: what must i do to tone my body? more Reps? (been increasing the number of reps but see no improvement) :(

if u have been doing the same thing for 2 years and still not getting what you want, why do you want to maintain the current workout when it is obviously not working for you?

what i meant is,the workout worked but i see no improvements in my physical size = \

Post your vital stat, your lifting stat, and a full body pic.

then post a pic of the body you want to achieve.

just wanna be slim and alittle bit fit =\

These are very vague goals to be honest. Slim and fit can look different from person to person. Number your goals. e.g. I want to gain 5 kgs of mass and have 12% body fat.

Just so you know the direction to head towards, increasing your weight(while training at a lower rep range) instead of reps will probably allow you to achieve your goals faster.
