Is it safe to sideload GMS?

Don’t think anyone can say is totally safe. I have downloaded at least 5 different software, including from well known names like Norton, to scan for malwares. All came out clean. Not sure if got any backdoors not detected.

I don't think it is safe to download whatever patching software to load GMS.

The best option is to clone from own Huawei phone if one really wants GMS.

You will be taking a big risk if you use banking apps with unofficial GMS.

Most banking apps are available in AppGallery. There is no good reason to side load GMS unless you are lock into the Google ecosystem.. Its better to buy a phone with GMS..

My xiaomi tablet from China I sideloaded with unofficial gms... So far no problems...
