Depends what you want to use the rig for.
You do video editing / content creation 75% and 20% gaming then stay with 5900X.
If its the other way round go with X3D CPU. If can get 5800X3D used its most economical.
32GB DDR4 will also definitely help in the next 2-3 years, also can get second hand.
Throw in a RX 9070 XT 16GB and the setup will be capable of 1440p gaming @ 144Hz for some years no problem.
