Is it time to upgrade my PC?

Hello,

My PC gave out continuous non-stop beeps last week during boot up once. 30 minutes later, the issue goes off after I tried power on again.

2 days ago, there are lots of video artifacts when I am surfing net halfway. Reboot the system thrice and it works normally till now.

Current setup bought from PC Themes on June 2011 cost me less than $300;

Intel G620
Biostar H61MH B3
Kingston DDR3 8GB

Noticed the laggyness when surfing graphics intensive websites like taobao.

Is there any recommendation for mATX SFF casing? The current one from Vios has 10cm width, perfect for my desk and not too expensive too.

VIOS S603 is cheap and decent coz it has a PSU included in the price
Can save some money for low-powered systems
Go get it together with the components that suit your budget allows for.
