It's alot like virginity. First time hard to go in. Once it's in and clicked in place, enjoy.
not at all. Easy to slot in and has an audible click as well. I have no idea how some users can get it wrong. Stock adapter, corsair 12vhpwr, cablemod all clicks in. Tested on 4090 FE / strix / suprim.
