on the app (moi usin iphone) go to bottom right (more)

select - contact us

prepare some screenshot beforehand (they req points history on the app)

just filled up..

for me they contacted me thru moi email, moi sent complaint morning (8.00 am), replied 14:00,

i did not include the points history in my complaint, so replied with the screeshot, in ard 15min mcd replied back and refunded moi reward points
