Is my GPU faulty?

Always during the first boot of the day in the morning or a while after booting to windows, the screen will freeze and be a solid random color like green or turquoise or something, just a blank color screen

but after force shut down and restart, it will run perfectly the whole day


WTF is causing this weird bug?

Yes, likely the Gfx card is faulty...maybe one of the GPU ram chip gone bonkers. Just purchase a new card

for this gpu nevermind, i bought for only 130 second hand and got 4 years warranty

the problem is the ** ssd, spent 150 on it and failed after 2 weeks, no local warranty

If you bought it second hand and there is an issue, just RMA. At least you won't have to deal with the issues the previous owner has and you'll get a new pristine card instead. Why waste time asking about a GPU having a problem? Not like you can just go to a repair shop and get it fixed. Though it is possible to fix.

But why would you pay for a fix when you can just get it replaced with your warranty? Thus this begs the question, why are you even asking this question if you will obviously choose to get a replacement instead of a fix? See problem, go distro and replace and done.

Because if he nvr open a new thread every week, the itch on his hands gets stronger every time till can amputate off. So, problem or no problem, must open a new thread, no matter what context it is.
