Hi guys,
Have a old rig (A64 X2 5200+) that is not able to boot up. It sounds like it keeps restarting (fans sound like they spin up, spin down and keep repeating). No display with external or on board graphics card outputs. No ram beep.
When I remove the dedicated graphics card (4850 with 2x 6pin connectors) though, it doesn't keep rebooting but still has no display. Tried swapping RAMs while only using the first slot but doesn't help.
Do you guys think it's a PSU or ram problem? Should I try using other RAM slots?
TIA!!
