If the website put that it will deliver within 2-4 days then it should delivery within that time period .. Moreover , TS even whatsapp him and he didn't even bother replying ..

Don't bother with MNC for now. Ever since people started reco-ing MNC all those months ago, now 1-man show cannot cope with the demand, hence we can see the effects of poor customer service currently.

Chicken & egg dilemma.

Customers buy more then will have confidence to carry more items. Carry more items will also have more rebate for retailer and can help result in lower prices.

Fuwell or VP don't keep ready stock for all their listed items either.

I just bought a $1700 rig from Dan, my second purchase.

I went down on a Sunday late afternoon, paid cash (even for those items he didnt carry stock) & next day evening delivered to my doorstep no frills. He even helped me source for internal card reader to match my case.

I guess he doesn't really use his e-website that much? Better to call him or better go down sls in person.

It looks like the customer service went really down. About one year ago it really was the best SLS shop around.

I understand if you got stock constraints la but like cannot be until everything also must order... Like that might as well close down become online drop shipping store

Well his prices are also near msrp or msrp so i just sua buy from amazon

As I've said, ever since the increased demand from people recommending, he can't keep up and he don't have time to constantly compare prices with rivals and compete respectively.

One can say why he never hire 2 more perm staff to help him out (e.g. 1 handle CS & pricing matters, 1 handle building), but to be fair, we also don't know how much that would eat into profits. But I'm guessing it would've been better to go low-profits for a while maintaining rep.

Well that's for him to consider from a business standpoint. As customers we put our money where we feel its best and as the wind blows, i found a shop which sold me a mobo cheaper than tradepac :s13:

All SLS shops are near SRP and MNC is already one of the cheaper ones here. In the end the whole country is just one big shop, prices are very well under control. It doesn't really matter where you go. Any SLS shop can give you the lowest price. The price lists are bs. It's just a matter of bargaining.
