Yes, crowded, makes u feel claustrophobic

shopping space not wide and bright enuf

shopper flow direction all wrong... u dun feel like u heading to the correct shops

Stores like all over the place... even big stores like isetan and courts u need to go near then can see

u cant find them at a glance in the mall... unless u regular there

Nex is alright, they simply have different floors, For example, the bottom floor has bus interchange thus above that become a open floor, they use that for event fairs.

Not complicated.

There is no one way escalator either, some escalators are being replaced so you need to find another escalator.

The layout itself is not that bad, but it funnels a lot of human traffic into a few poorly designed escalators, while many other escalators goes under utilised.
