Having made my own sourdough from scratch till the finish product - yeah,
It is time consuming and not cheap.
If they use is instant yeast then is overrated.

I just wonder what they do so special people are crazy buying their roti?

Sourdough is overrated. Supermarket gardenia also have many varieties of sourdough breads at ＄3.50. Although the baguettes are soft crust. lol.

Launched in 2020. Saw in aunty lucy few days ago. Not all outlets have it, maybe the location and size of outlet. Latest price in the lazada redmart url.
