Is Qxpress still alive?

Bought some supplements from iherb and chose CJ logistics as courier, but order got redistributed to Qxpress instead, which I'm not very happy about. And yes, I have yet to get my item.

So the question is, is Qxpress still alive after Qoo10 saga? I just want to get my items ASAP.
