Is there a sweet spot gpu card?

Use mainly for video editing, with a bit of 3d gaming. Is there any need for rtx card? Or should probably save some money using gtx 1660 super oc? Coz now deciding between gtx 1660 super oc and rtx 2060 oc (or slightly higher model if it's the best value for money card).

i would say the 1660 super would be the better value option, video encoding is usually more dependent on the cpu than gpu. u could save the $100+ difference and spend it on the new ryzen 5k series and more ram. who knows if the 2060 will be replaced by the 3060 very soon also.

The sweet spot is whatever runs your game at your resolution and your FPS
