Evo 850 500gb costs a good 50-60 bucks more than the one TS listed. With relevant qoo10 coupons, can bring down the price of the Sandisk ssd to around $159(or $149 if you have qpoints to offset further).

As long as u heard of the brand its safe to buy. Not sure what's the hype about evo here.

Personally I can't tell the difference between a few millisecond difference on the faster (on paper) evo.

Dont want to OT too much but lets just say its takes effort and is time consuming waiting for that "good deal" to appear on carousell and drop on your lap. For every 1 decent and honest seller, there will be 100 other scammers or sellers pricing their items unrealistically. But thats just my sentiments. I like the reach and how you can sell/buy practically anything on the platform, but detest pretty much every other aspect of it.

looked like this Sandisk is a basic SSD model. For normal usage is already faster than all HDD. If your games can play on HDD, no problem for this SSD

Money in your own pocket. Why ask other people worth or not? Based on previous replies, you can see alot of people here are EVO or nothing type. You can expect similar replies for your question above. But if you must know, yes it worth because you are paying below $200 bucks for a 480gb ssd with local warranty. Pretty much cheapest pricing you can find anywhere apart from ADATA 480gb ssd sold by Daiso(oversea vendor so no warranty) which was going for $188 a few days ago. The price has since now reverted to $259. Cheapest pricing you can find + local warranty for the sandisk ssd. What more can you ask for?
