Is this a PSU issue?

Upgraded my PSU about 3 weeks back to a G-650W Seasonic PSU.


Since then, I've been encountering the following problems approx. 1/7 of the time that I cold boot:


1. Loads fine all the way till windows but then the screen starts to flash white.
2. Upon immediate reboot, the problem does not occur again
3. This problem only occurs during a cold-boot


Is this a PSU issue? Or could there be other causes (I only changed the PSU).


If so, will probably have to do an RMA

easiest way is take old psu test. if same problems don't show, then likely psu.

Tested it with the old one and it doesn't seem to recur but it's hard to tell without testing for a couple of weeks....
