if item already collected, means transaction already approved. then he calling for what? lol

if order placed but item not yet collected and they are suspicious, then why call you? just cancel the order on their side.

Ya.. maybe just check yr cc transaction closely for the next few weeks.

Few mths ago I also got a scam call from 'credit bureau', also identified me correctly then common thing was asked me why I took multiple big loans amt the last few days. Ignored, till today, no banks call me to repay any loans

My scenario similar as yours. They flip the credit bureau to electric appliance shop. Tks for sharing

Nowadays these scammers can get your full name and nric correct. But not the address. Can test them if if it’s legitimate
