SSD: Samsung 850 evo 250GB (150)

HDD: WD Blue 1TB (67)

Casing: Coolermaster n200 case (55)

PSU: evga G3 gold 550W (165)

Pricing from tradepac. Looking to lower the price further by making changes to the ram and psu. Need recommendation.

This is my first time getting a desktop. Will the salesperson at tradepac help me assemble the pc? How much do I need to pay? Does the salesperson allow nego if i buy everything from him?

No need OS? Build looks okay. Gpu is cheaper from Lazada $555 after $30 off. Can change to cheaper ssd like pny or OCZ. Psu should be cheaper. $159 on pc theme. Tradepac psu usually more expensive, push their price down.

The rest I don't think you have much headroom for discount but you can try.

They got do assembly also. Just don't expect after sales service. If any issue after the build, you will need to settle with the distributor for rma. Tradepac won't assist you on that. That's the small price of cheaper components is that it lack after sales service.

Now Qoo10 have $100 off $600. Vii gamer shop selling it at $600, so after applying it, its $500 (self collect).

If possible, do learn how to self assemble. Can save a lot.

PC Theme has better after sales service?

In a way, PCT have a lower chance of taking small items from ur package although their discount structure may nt be aggressive.

Yes. Quite a few here build their stuff there, when have issue they will try to assist you through.

Then I remember a post where the dude go back tp with 3 pc from them and he is asked to directly approach the distributor for rma

The Western Digital Blue is actually rebranded Sandisk SSD after WD acquired Sandisk a while back.

They are well proven SSDs with no issues. For day to day usage, you'll not see a difference. Only when you benchmark you'll find Evo to be a bit faster.

However, m.2 SSD has the advantage of lesser cables to route and frees up space inside the case.

Only at Storage Solutions, you'll find it at $134. Other shops are selling $149.

Day to day usage you can't feel any diff. Trust me. I am using Samsung/intel/Micron SSD now.

Ram price increased drastically recently. Your price is consider okay liao for local. Unless you get from Amazon/Newegg in expense of ease of rma, otherwise I don't think you can find lower elsewhere.
