Good in what sense? What’s your objective?
the funds can get 4% return??
I believe Red Devil is asking what you want to DO with this money? We assume you don't want to spend this money now on goods and services. When are you planning to spend it, on what (in broad outline)?

If we understand what your future spending plans are for this money (when, broadly for what) then we should be able to advise whether this vehicle is a good fit for your future spending plans or not.

Ya. I saw this also..just like investment link insurance....in the end the just give u maybe 1%

There is a feature about this that gives me the creeps as it reminds me of a past failed product I looked into. They purposely give you "dividends" every 6 months, as if it is a SSB. But if the underlying investments go south, while they keep giving you high dividends, ultimately those dividends are coming from your capital and the fund's NAV goes to zero. (Because it gave you the dividends, it has no money to reinvest.) But before it goes to zero they will shut it down or merge it into another product and this sad history goes poof, gone.

This looks like an actively managed investment grade bond fund. Whether it's good or not it's hard to say there's a lot of IG bond funds out there to choose from where you can see their past performance. This fund however is unproven, they are looking for capital to start the fund. Honestly if you are looking for an IG bond fund, you should probably just buy one of the many established ones out there.

It's hilarious that they compare themselves against single premium investment products and fixed deposits. Whereas those products come with guaranteed returns, this fund... does not. You can end up losing money when you try to redeem the fund if bond prices takes a nosedive.

There's a lot of ways to get around 4 percent now without the risk such a unit trust entails. So I won't park money in one unless they offering a better coupon.
For now, exactly.

And if you want a gauranteed, even 2nd hand endowments have a much higher beta,

or T-Bills now/SSB which very attractive now (gauranteed somemore) compare to others with a range of maturity
