My current PSU is 430W ... do I need to change ?
Eh.. You using GTX 660 or GTX 760?
760 eat more power..
Personally not comfy at 430W.. Prefer go 500W and above..

500-600W should be better for GTX760 due to higher power consumption.
I personally prefer Corsair(Seasonic manufacture their PSUs)/Seasonic for PSU but it won't be cheap.
Cheaper options could be FSP/CoolerMaster/Silverstone/Enermax, just don't get those unfamiliar brands.

If like that, gtx 770 + i5-3330 needs 600w??

Can use as a general guideline. Gpu eat only around 200+ to 300W on average. The rest of the power for ur other hardware inside ur case

I take back what I said. Didn't see properly.
That web is crap.

There is such thing such as PSU degrading but from what I know it won't be a big factor here but I would recommend maybe getting a 50-100W above your system usage.
System use 400W at load, maybe get a 500W (it will be more efficient too, but the money saved in electricity bills won't be significant.)
Conclusion: Get a PSU around 10%-20% more power than what your system needs.
P.S. If anything thing I said is wrong please correct me! I couldn't remember where I have read this or does this still applies in current PSUs.
