I realised when I take photo, the camera options n my notification bar overlaps each other. shouldn't the notification bar hide itself when camera app comes on?

Nope, not normal. Exit the app (double-click home button) and swipe up the camera app.

Then restart your iphone.

So backup n restore helps? But i just restore n setup base on new phone, still got this problem

i think must b sbsetting problem, on lock screen, the camera works fine. but when i unlock the phone n launch camera app from inside, the problem comes back

I'll assume your device is jailbroken, and if it indeed is, this is likely a known issue related to the current iOS7 jailbreak and Cydia. If you are really bothered by it, consider installing a tweak; else this issue might be fixed sometimes soon, hopefully.

Btw, sbsettings doesn't work properly, yet, on 64-bit devices, it seems.

Up to you to examine and determine the tweak's pros and cons, and if this will indeed fix the issue you are facing.

it is just a fix, what cons will there b?

i have read the description, it does nothing else but to fix the problem with camera, calculater n photo app
