Am i able to overclock this build with the PSU?

Yes you can. It's enough for this build. Get higher wattage, like 650W if you ever plan on upgrading to flagship grade gpu like gtx 1080 or 1080 ti.

The Wraith heatsink should be able to support some level of overclocking. Just can't expect crazy voltage overclocks.

GTX 1080 runs fine with a decent 550W actually. I do feel the 550W is sufficient especially when for a mid end build.

It's sufficient but I usually prefer some headroom for psu by not loading to near its limit. 650W is the headroom needed for flagship gpu with both cpu and gpu overclocked mildly or heavily also can. Just my opinion though.
