U paired a K-cpu with a non-K mobo... just get the msi b85m g43 + i5-4570.

Presume ur m500 240gb is frm amazon, or locally?

Your current rams is in DDR2? If it is ddr3, den can reuse.

No need till 750w, 600w will do.

You need OS as well, since ur old OS is tied to old mobo.

Weird that u wanna upgrade all but gpu. Usually is ppl upgrade gpu if wan play games.

Please overclock your lynnfield CPU (while you are still able to do so on a non-K CPU) to meet Haswell level, and grab a Crucial M500 480GB/960GB and a new GPU will do.

Minimally you should also change to a new higher energy efficiency PSU and upgrade your chassis to bring about a brand new feel which you are desiring.
