850 EVO performance is not too different from Transcend though. The only thing Transcend loses out is that it supports up to DEVSLEEP only.

What other features does the Transcend SSD not support ?

Get EVO. Lazada recently have sale I think $119 before discount only. DAMN CHEAP.

Just subscribe to the lazada/shopback deals thread to keep a look out.

OKOK lor~ SSD should more or les be an improvement over ur HDD

My friend say dont use 850 cuz the 3D-NAND not mature enough :s11::s11:

But i use it though... I miss my 840

Some more the Trascend power consumption is rather high compared to the Samsung evo. I tested both on my laptops, seems to produce 30-45mins different lei.

So i used transcend for my desktop and Samsung for my laptop.

Use this for desktop only. I have one.

Suspect they cut corners on the firmware.
