i dont have a problem with tray cpus per se, in fact, all of the systems ive built so far use tray cpus. is just that i dont believe that this seller is indeed selling brand new cpus and i feel he's just trying to rip ppl off, even if its just a $15 delta. cannot be that these once top of the line cpus have been sitting somewhere unused for at least 4 years.
also @wolnavi, a ram upgrade may be more beneficial for ur use case.
100 browser tabs? You have to add more memory.
FYI you can get brand new DDR3 RAM from Fuwell.
Off topic , will u guys recommend modular or non modular PSU, and go for superflower ? TB sometimes too poisonous .. always end up buying n upgrading more things even for my hobbies ...

I have 16GB ram now, seeing task manager, RAM only using about 7gb+ while CPU spikes whenever I open a new tab, causing YouTube to stutter for a while before stabilizing, so wanna try if a new processor will solve it
Personally modular as it’s easier to manage the cables
But personally don’t recommend to buy PSU on taobao, safety hard to guarantee
Superflower is not bad, if I don’t remember wrongly, it’s the OEM for evga psu

couldnt resist a 80+ gold semi modular psu from a reputable brand for under $70...having tried both non modular and a semi modular psu, i would say that if u can afford it, try to avoid non modular. going from a heap of messy cables under my psu shroud to only the cables i need has done wonders for my gpu temps, and the benefits to aesthetics if u dont have a psu shroud is also quite obvious.
i agree on the taobao being too tempting part, @wolnavi i actually have a superflower psu i hooted from taobaocouldnt resist a 80+ gold semi modular psu from a reputable brand for under $70...
Thanks Bro u used for how Long n any problem ???

still quite new, only started using since start of the year. so far no issue, can tahan both my 130w cpu and rx580 with 1420mhz oc simultaneously. while i agree with the bro above that there is no (local) warranty, taobao is actually quite a safe place to buy pc parts. u should get what u pay for, and ive never been scammed whether in terms of getting a different product from what the listing shows or brand new vs used. ive also shipped pretty fragile stuff (eg teapot, phone back glass) both with taobao official and 3rd party forwarders without issue.
Which browser you are using?
For Chrome, maybe you want to try to reinstall the browser see how.
You may want to reinstall Windows from fresh if for very long
you have not done before.
(Install Windows fresh is not Windows reset.)
