he is not wrong in some sense.
personally i think ISOteam shares are not cheap historically... so it makes no sense to buy back shares. not a laojiao here so take my opinion with huge spoonful of salt

A company with no more growth visibly in the future (like Uob Kay hian) would buy back shares.. but a potential growth stock like isoteam.. I am not too sure if it a good idea but the number it bought isn't a large amount

The only time I think realistically a share buyback is cheap is when management buy using their own money. That is real endorsement.
