Isotretinoin temp down pes

Hi, i'm an NSman currently undergoing a course of Accutane (20mg/day) and have seen past mentions on the forum that taking the drug may result in a temp down pes.

Does anyone know if this is still the case?

Would i need to request for a medical review with documentation that I am taking Accutane? My ICT is a few months away.

Depends on the dose/bodyweight (mg/kg) and duration of treatment. May not necessarily be downgraded. Can't remember the specific details but it's classified info anyway. Best to get a memo from your prescribing Dr and make a medical review.
