Issue with drives? [solved]

Hi, recently had an issue with my PSU which resulted in me having to remove it and I shun bian-ed dismantled my rig to clean it.

Being itchy hands and no brain, I did not take note which hard disk was connected into which port on the mobo. So after cleaning and replacing PSU, turned on the comp to see this(refer to link below). Also, I initially could not go on t facebook etc, the error message on firefox was that they did not trust the certificate. I rectified it by updating the system date and time. Is it the right way to go about it?

So yup, can anyone advise on how to get back icons back?
Also, does it matter if i rearrange the drives on the mobo?
