Hi, I have tried copying the m4r file and copy it to the tone folder in itunes, but somehow it doesn't copy. Is there any solution to it since copying music isn't an issue for me at all.

Set the ringtone(m4r file)to less than 30 seconds. Anything longer will not work

Is there a tone folder in iTunes? You not using Mac right?

With Mac you can't add custom tones anymore. Used to be able to do so when Mac was still using iTunes.
can ah, i just dumped in my custom tones via finder

plug in liao u go finder look for ur ipone, click it then it will open up something like itunes UI

go to music tab, just drag and drop ur m4r files in

Yeah I jus did that 1 few days back. Googled and found newer and clearer instructions. I actually had to open the music app and not the iPhone in finder to transfer the file.
