Issue with Starhub datashare

Anyone having issue with Starhub Datashare?

1. Tried signing up on my phone and desktop using the app and website respectively.
2. System status shows a successful request.
3 Starhub say they didn't receive any request and refuse to honor the datashare status.

Repeat 6x... i'm really tired of starhub's nonsense. Anyone facing that issue?

DataShare do not start upon activation but changes will be effective from the next billing cycle.

Hence the system would show as successful request and may not be applicable &or shown until then.
