Issues with Computer

Hi,

I am having some problem with my computer these few days. Some of the symptoms, not sure if any of you can help to see what's wrong with the issue.

1) Switch on Computer but no Display.
- Tried to Swap Monitors and Cables
- Randomly it could work again.

2) Fan starts turning, Orange Light Blink Twice and then it does not power on.

3) Computer suddenly went dead while doing some compiling and processing.

4) Computer becoming more sluggish.

The Specs on my right is outdated, using a new rig.

1. Display hooked to igpu or dedicated card? random as in?

2. Did you open up side casing to see internal fans and what is the mobo you are using? any other observations?

3. Dead as in suddenly shut off and no response while using or hang in windows?

4. Sluggish in windows while on what programs?

For psu, you could try to use the paperclip method to test.
Could be mobo or cpu also. Any particular issues before this happened? or any thing happened before all these issues came up.
