So I paid for a ringtone on the itunes store app on my phone but when I tried to download nothing happens. Its definitely paid for as I received the bill, plus the ringtone appears in my list of purchases.
But for some odd reason the ring tone isn’t downloaded and the price keeps appearing beside it in itunes store. When i tap on the price it recognises that i’ve already bought it and gives me option to download.
The circle appears & usually you will see the line moving to indicate status of download. I tried like 10 times now but the status line never appears and after a while the price appears again.
Anyone knows what’s wrong? I have not downloaded any songs recently but previously have and no such issues.
