IT related Degree programme

hi, i need advice on the universities in Singapore that offer IT related degree programmes with affordable fees, my GPA is 3.42 , was wondering about computing science in SIT but it is a 2 years course, am afraid it would be very packed... and i do not think i will be able to appy to NTU NUS or SMU cause those need high GPA. other than that i do not know much of any other universities that are available in Singapore.
