IT shopping in BKK

Dear fellow IT enthusiasts,

Is it true that buying IT stuff in BKK is cheaper than in SG? For example ASUS RT-AC5300U, wireless headphone and etc?

some famous place to buy it stuff includes pantip plaza ...
went there before, things not cheap ...
if u r buying electronic items, those with keyboard or keypad, thai language would appear at the keyboard or keypad ...
u might also want to think of the warranty issue ,,,

IT gadgets, skip Pantip, just go to Fortune Town. Right next to MRT Rama 9.

pantip plaza is more of it mall...
things not cheap, rather buy in singapore ...

need to consider the warranty issue
the keypad would be in thai luggage also ...
