IT show monitors Sugesstions

There are some monitors I am considering during this IT show 2014. Budget is tight, hence the choices are below:

(they are all below $220)
samsung s23C350HS
viewsonic vx2370smh-LED
philips 236v5lhab 224e5qhab
dell s2340L

Considerations in comparing would be:
Rank 1 - Quality and Size
Rank 2 - Functions eg. Speakers, mini-jack


Any advice / other suggestions?

Best Full HD 23-Inch LED-Backlit Monitor

Dell S2340L and Viewsonic VX2370Smh are good choices for picture quality. But note the Dell monitor has no Dvi port and the screen is glossy.
