Personally I prefer Peoplecert. Better customer service. Most of my ITIL certs are LCS (Loyalist Certification Services) though...

Trainer is a very subjective thing lor. Some people like some trainers while others don't.

Generally the trainers try to explain in layman terms and using stories so that it's easier to understand, and once understood, easier to remember.

i did it with HP training services, some Malay local guy, forgot his name. My exam result came 3 weeks later as the exam was right after the course. I almost fall asleep a few times during the lessons.. LOL

Hmmm... Ok. I know the trainer from HP Education many years later though. Malaysian Chinese guy.

My company then had a tailored ITIL Foundation course with simulation game straight from EXIN then. I only remembered is some Dutch bloke complaining about how the Dutch hate the Belgians and thus always peed into the river that flows from Holland to Belgium. Lol.

ITIL v3 Foundation is very very easy to pass.
