Hi Guys

Got some offer to take this course, wonder whether it is worth it? im looking to upgrade myself to do some project management since i've been a System Engineer almost 4 years. Please feedback and advise .

Depends on what you are looking for. The course is about the processes used in Operations; Event, Incident, Problem, Access, Request, along with the 4 functions.

Do you wish to understand operations better?
Do you wish to improve the way you/your team handles operational processes?
Are you in a role to change/improve the operational processes/resources/organisation?

If yes to any of the above, them you should go.

It's always good to upgrade yourself. Might help you view your own support work in a new light.

Try Pink. They have self-paced online for all their intermediates I think.
