Itinerary for taiwan

will be going to taiwan nxt month my brief itinerary
can u guys advise me where should i go in taichung
and some area to go on the south of the mrt and day 6 as well
i'm more to shopping den sightseeing would't mind abit of sightseeing but
no to hiking or mountain climbing
i would like to end every night at a night market any other NM to visit ?
Any nice place to shop tat i did not cover ??
any places that open only on weekend tat i must take note as well


Arrival 13:15
Day 1 (FRI) - Taoyuan HSR - Taichng HSR
1600: Check in minsu
Walk around the area and Fengjia NM

Day 2- Check out minsu
(yet to decide where to go)
1730: TaiChung HSR - Taipei HSR
Check in to XMD hostel ( walk around XMD)

Day 3-Travelling north of the mrt
0900: -xin bei tou hot springs
- fisherman wharf
end @ - Shilin

Day 4 - Travelling East of the mrt
0900: - zhongxiao dunhua
- zhongxiao fu xin
- taipei 101
End @ - wufenpu and Raohe NM

Day 5 - Travelling south of the mrt
0900: - Taipower building
End @ - Shida NM

Day 6: yet to decide

Day 7 (THUR) - Check out
- last min shopping at xmd
1630: - depart Taiwan

Too early to start at 9am. Usually open for business at about 12. So by the time u're done, dont have time for Wufenpu

Day 5 - Travelling south of the mrt
0900: - Taipower building
End @ - Shida NM

Day 6: yet to decide

Day 7 - Check out

Sightseeing and shopping goes hand in hand together..

- Fishermans Wharf + Lovers Bridge
- Shilin NM

Day 4:
- C.K.S Memorial Hall
- Taipei Underground Mall(About 12noon)
- Taipei East Shopping Zone
- Taipei 101
- Shida NM

Day 5:
- Jinguashi
- Jiufen
- Shifen
- Keelung's Miaokou NM

Day 6:
- Zoo(Okay if you want skip this)
- Maokong Gondola(Teahouses and cafes at the top, enjoy the gondola trip up)
- Wufenpu
- Raohe NM

Day 6 shouldnt be on a Monday..

Day 2 - Shop at yizhongjie before leaving Taichung at 1730.
Day 4 - Shop at TMS underground station at 11am+. TMS has a departmental store as well. After that, can move on and slowly conquer wufenpu. Push Zhongxiao dunhua and xinsheng to day 5.
Day 6 - Can consider going jiufen, shifen area.

yes my mistake should be taipei HSR

wufenpu colud be an optional ( as i look at a lot of review it is not as cheap as it suppose to be as it a wholesale market, if we are getting a few piece it wont be cheap)

Few pieces not cheap..Many pieces from same store then cheap cheap..

If not just Shida/XMD..

should i visit those sun moon lake and other sightseeing, as i am not sure it worth the trip all the way to sun moon lake

is there any NM or shopping area tat open only on weekend ??

PS: my first day will be a friday and last day is on a thur
