Itinerary suggestion?

Hi, I would like to bring both my parents (60+ yrs old), Wife and 2 kids (3 yrs and 1 yr old) to taiwan, around 5-7days, in June 2017.
Can suggest itinerary suitable for everyone? Looking to shop, eat and suitable activities, don't want any scenery visit

Then spend the time in greater Taipei. Lots of places to shop and eat. Furthest can go to Keelung and Jiufen.

If u bringing your parents, best is to rent cab ...
I booked a cab 10hours 3500 twd.
cox going with elderly people, hence wont want them to take bus queue bus, carry their luggages go up and down ...

would rather they seat comfortably inside the cab ...

normally 10hrs trip covers keelung, jiufen, shifen, yeliu, jinguangshi, etc
those typical package that most cab drivers would recommend ...
for your info, if you were to go by yourself ...
two ways ximending to jiufen shifen jinguangshi is about 3+ hrs already.
u now have more people, more worth to rent cab ...

4 squeeze at the middle
1 sit behind the small seats ...

Else have to hire a bigger car, which might be more expensive per person

First u say sit comfortably, then second say price is right?
So which is which?
If in this case i will say safety has a price though.
The price is not cheap.
Can afford to go overseas, i will advise them to plan their trip properly and ensure they are all ok end of thevtrip.

Please lah. Toddlers are humans too. Both are still so young, need to sit in proper baby and child seats.
