Itinerary to Japan

Hello, need help on my itinerary to Japan

Day 1- Land at Narita @10am.
Train to Yokohama to drop luggage at hotel.
Kamakura to visit Daibustu
Back to Yokohama. (Need suggestions on what's there to do in
Yokohama at night)

Day 2- Train to Hakone
Lake Ashinoko
Hakone Shrine
Owakudani

Day 3- FujiQ till closing and make our way back to Tokyo.

Day 4- Ueno to buy snacks. Lunch at Ichiran Ueno
Asakusa, Asakusa Shrine, Senoji Temple, Kaminarimon
Sumida Park walk to Tokyo Skytree

Day 5- Harajuku, Meiji Shrine, shopping, Lunch at Toridori
Shibuya, shopping
Ginza, shopping, Yurakucho

Day 6- Tsukiji Fish Market for sashimi
Akihabara,
Tokyo Tower/Zojoji

Day 7- Chiba for Tokyo Game Show.

Day 8- Return to SG


Guesthouse I'm staying at is located in IKEBUKURO.
Need suggestions on what I can do on all nights.
Is Hakone plan a little too light?
For Fuji Q, so far I checked it seems very far from Hakone. Its 240mins @ 4100YEN. Thats 4 hours. From Gora Station to Fujikyu. Any shorter route to FujiQ?
For gyudon, Yoshinoya in Japan is supposedly good right?
Day 6 I got not much idea where to go, can recommend?
Is it too late to rent any data device thing in Singapore already?

[how about visiting tokyo tower? u can also visit odaiba which is beautiful at night]

[not sure how long it will take, but going by bus is probably the most straightforward:

[the yoshinoya in jp is definitely better than the sg one. but it is still a fast food chain. if u want really good ones, i guess restaurants will be better. yoshinoya is good enuf for me though]

[u can spend the rest of the day at odaiba. lots to do there]

@evilerniex, I checked the link you gave me for the Hakone Fuji Pass, doesn't seems to work for my situation as I have to stop at Shinjuku to get the ticket and at 7400YEN to get to FujiQ seems a little expensive.

the pass is meant to cover all ur transports for hakone and Fuji-q. but unfortunately, it is only valid for trips from Shinjuku.


anyway, u can always pay for single trip ticket for the bus from hakone to Fuji-q

Got a question, according to japanguide, got 4000yen ticket for hakone pass for 2 days can be purchased at odawara/hakone yumoto. using this pass, am i able to board at number 3 to get to gotemba? i assume they are the same pass. then from there i'll take the bus to fujikyu as adviced by evilerniex?
