Hey there, if you were given a choice between ITMS and Maintenance , what will you choose and why?

Please kindly do share your views and experience here.
Thank you.

You want to have hands on with vehicles (not too deep as you just do simple maintenance and sending veh for repair/inspection) or want to learn some office stuff (indent veh, putting names, etc etc)? Although I thought the latter is for regular or senior leader to do?

Personally, I think it's quite worth it to learn more about vehicles. Next time can go diagnose your car problems and stuff.

ITMS will allow you to be in the office for the most part. You will be the one in charge of planning the various details for the drivers. As easy as it may sounds, it could be quite stressful as you'd be dealing with some lot of **** ups in tpt operators. Some of them might pull stunt and not go on their details etc etc... maintenance is pretty hands on but you will be in an unsatisfying environment for the most part

ITMS is the application on the intranet to log and manage the vehicles and tpt opr for details and stuff.

Customers can set up new indents, or the tpt side can set up also. Then the tpt ldr will assign vehicles/ tpt oprs to the details.
