Qoo10 sells itb100hd at $230
Power saver @ $60 from qoo10 as well
Installation $30
Total: $320

It's not much savings you are getting for the warranty/peace of mind you miss out... :(

Ya if the deal was good, I would not have customers buying from them coming to buy from us due to 1 year local 1-1 exchange after their units broke down, maybe lazy to send back due to the hassle & handling charges.
Some even attempted to get queries/support from us for their purchase online, that left me wonder why cant they get their support directly from qoo seller..hassle again perhaps.

got ITB-100HDSP for S$219 in june.

no buy power saver. (S$45)

installation S$30.

no problem so far.

theres always a risk when comes to buying electronics.

so lets say i had gotten the power saver, my total would only b S$294.. tats a saving of more den S$100.. not to mention mine is the 100HDSP, not the cheaper 100HD.

to each his own. :)

guess those ppl jus wanna take the easier way out.

no doubt the after sales support is a bit of hassle.
but from the $$ saved, imho, i find it worth it.

i now have a ITB-100HDSP installed in my car after spending abt S$249 only.

Something to ask. My car front windscreen has tinted films installed. Can it still record clearly? And if one day when I wanna remove the tint, can the camera install back? I'm talking about the Itb-100hdsp model. My see through % was 17 when lta stop me and I had a look on his meter. Was not that dark, cause I got 2 layers of tint. One is dark tint, the other is chrome tint.

Anyone can advise the quick step to do a format of the microSD with the device?
1) press Mic On/Off for abt 5 secs
2) when formatting starts, beep alarm sounds
3) when formatting is completed, beep alarm sounds n reboot automatically. if u hear recording beep sound, it means the format is properly completed

DSXUITE: Rear camera prove useful! Hit & reverse but you can't deny with video!

Video here:

Both car was stationary at traffic light junction. However, driver of rear car was trying to grab something and his car inched forward & hit the car infront. Realising the impact, he immediately reversed his car. However the footage clearly recorded every moments & another proven case!

Installed a SI400 with Xavier a week ago, and only got time to review the footage today... Great captures in bright daylight and at night, quite some good chance of capturing the number plates if the car didn't merely zoom past you....
Dun expect HBO HD movie type of quality, but as long as can make out the movements and positions of the cars, as well as the number plates in daylight and at night, I think it's $$ well spent...

Also filmed some guy went to wash car at 2am, under parking mode... Maybe he cannot sleep...

Managed to capture some hot babes from viet/Thai/Korea walking past the road also..

Hi,

For those who purchased ITB100, do you have any problems with the unit so far, e.g. car cannot start (due to battery drained), dates not correct, overheating.

Am asking because I had Finevu and it's causing me a lot of problems due to battery drainage. Thinking of replacing it but want to make sure new unit does not give me more problems instead.

Any advice appreciated. Thanks.
