Imho, rear dun think need power saver bah. Cos u will normally record when driving. In CP no need to record, unless u normally park head in

I just installed the itb-100hd today at car beauty centre.
When I view back the videos, some appears to be jerky.
Is it because of the class of the sd card provided?

What is the recommended class/size/brand to record 24hrs.

Its the incompatability of your PC codec, or graphics ram to support the play back. Download KMplayer and play back to try.
Nothing to do with the sd card

I need two because my house area is mostly parallel parking, so can get hit by both sides.

I'm using accompanied Itronics Player. Will try to use KMplayer as suggested. The interval of 1 min per video segment is normal right?

Btw, how do I off the mic? I just press the mic on/off button once?

Try to use the KMplayer..it work for me as I have the same problem as your when using the Itronics player on my P4 CPU..
The interval of 1 min is normal.
yes, just press the mic on/off button and the LED will turn to green to indicate mic is off. Red led mean mic is on.
fyi:
flashing green led..mean mic off and gps is not detected
solid green led..mic off and gps is located
flashing red led, mic on, gps is not detected
solid red led, mic is on and gps is loacted

Wont have any problem playing any files
If u still have jerky video, try install cccp codec

Btw, any recommended sd card? 32GB ultra Class 10?

Anyone has an issue of the camera damaging the SD card?

Ok, I wouldn't say excatly damaging it. What happened is this.

My camera started beeping when I inserted my SD card on Saturday. Not knowing what was wrong, I continued to drive. When I got home, I realised that nothing was recorded. Went to google and then found that it might be a defective SD card.

However, I have been using this card since day 1 of the camera.

So I tried another card, and it started to record normally.

The "damaged" SD card can still be read, but it just cannot work with the camera anymore.

Anyone encountered this issue too?

Same as mine. Sony class 10 32gb.

Then I use back original stock SD card then the beeping issue gone. Tried using player to format n window but still same issue.

I used my windows own format.

Tried to format with the camera by holding down the mic button. It didn't work. It couldn't even detect the SD card.

Mine is just a cheapo class 4 sandisk 16G. But the replacement is an exact same one as well.
