iTune Ext Disk Toasted

My external SSD harddisk that I sued to store my iTune files crashed and was not recoverable.

I used a new harddisk and setup the new harddisk as my new iTune drive, but now the Apps in the iTune and the iPhone/iPad cannot be sync. I.e. I can "sync" all the apps on my iDevide back to the iTune.

Can someone help me with some suggestions on how to sync all the apps again.

Managed to do the transfer from iPad/iPhone to iTune library by licking File menu, Devide and then Transfer file from iPad.....
