iTunes Installation Folder and Backup Folder

Anyone knows whether the backup folders for iTunes will still be in OS drive if iTunes is installed in a non-OS drive??


Currently using a SSD for OS disk and the itune backup folders taking too much space. Only thing stopping me from getting iphone 6
