itunes: IOS 6.1.2 iphone 5 back up error

I'm using the latest version of the itunes 11.1.3.8.

iphone 5 is running on ios 6.1,2

my last back up was on the late auguest, now i wana back up.

i always get a back up error.

any body knows what to do and could you help?

i did a reset, turned off and on back the phone, but still get the same result.

tried to sync and back up, still error .

i did both with back up apps and without backing.

still error.

Do i need to update to 7.x in order to back up??


i tried syncing it over wifi too. same result everything happens but i can;t get to back up.

Try to off any anti-virus software. This works for me. Hope this help.
