itunes not detecting iphone

Hi guys, my iphone 14 pro max for some reason cant be detected on my windows 10 PC. I cant seem to find a solution for it online. Anyone know whats wrong?

may be port issue.. try other computer port/ few computer for detection.. if really can't need to bring down to apple store

I just tried using my old iphone 12 pro max and it is able to connect and detect using the same cable....something is wrong with my iphone 14....

I suppose if your iPhone 14 can charge but can’t be detected by iTunes, you should bring it to the store.
