Recently I got this frustrating problem about registry settings for importing and burning CDs and DVDs are missing. I have tried reinstalling to no avail and adding the UpperFilters with regedit fix it but caused my dvd drive and virtual drive to stop working. Is there anyone who successfully fixed this problem? Thks for your help.
