hi guys i need help, ive got a prompt everytime i open the itunes after the latest update.. i have no idea wat im missing.. sync the iphone got no issues, try to uninstall & install.. still the same.. anyone can help??

Did u upgrade the iTunes beta before. Seems to me the 2 XML index file been corrupt. It either you do a restore from time machines, or u have to copy out your iTunes folder to external hdd, remove the existing and delete the iTunes apps, download and reinstall it, then reimport it the whole library from your external hdd.

Try this:

Removing and reinstalling iTunes and other software components for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8

Then let us know if it works.

 

[i-Movies]

go to C:\Users\<User Name>\AppData\Local\Apple\Apple Software Update

run AppleApplicationSupport.msi and AppleMobileDeviceSupport64.msi to repair/reinstall
