iTunes USA - Help

Hi

I bought an iTunes USA Giftcard recently and I tried to download a movie from iTunes USA. However, I received the following message when I tried to download: "You've already rented this but it hasn't been downloaded. Go to Downloads to manage your downloads."

Does anyone have the same experience? Any solutions? I contacted iTunes support for assistance but, although they were very responsive, they were unable to offer any real solution except to try again. I tried again but it was also unsuccessful.

Any tips would be appreciated.

Rented? Not sure if u can go under purchases or purchased to find it

Click the one u already paid for n click the cloud button to download
