ITX build practicality

Intending to change to a ITX form factor for my next pc, for now just researching and I'm wondering about actual real world temps in Singapore

Case will most probably be a ncase m1 or coolermaster nr200

Rough specs will probably be a 5900x, 3070 or 3080

Aircool or AIO cooling is both fine with me, maybe aircool since i've not aircooled for a while not

Problem is with my previous 2 builds, temps seem to be high, granted i did overclock.

current cpu temps for delid 6700k averages 55-70 from idle to load on 280 AIO, GPU averages 80 under load, gtx 1080 sli

it will be just as hot. You need to invest in aircon

Be prepared to spend a bit more $$. There is an ITX 'tax'.

Cooling wise I've never had a problem but I don't obsess over temps. Just make sure you have a good CPU cooler (not stock, but you don't need AIO) and some fans to move air through the case. The Ryzen chips run warm anyway, that's completely normal.

Aircon not necessary lol.

running itx now.
5900x 3090 in nr200p with tg panel on with air cooler

satisfied with it but i gotta say the 5900x was already hot to begin with (when the clock boosts and spikes)
if u want like really good temps u got to go with a 360 aio (no itx then)
or a pretty good 240/280 aio (can fit both case, tight in m1)
and go with a beefy itx board with good vrm

yes there is itx tax but i am happy for the marginal difference
because my table doesnt have that much space

Use a custom LC loop. The Case M1 can have 2 radiators. It'll be fine

Your cpu temps put intel macbooks to shame.

Without delid at 4.6ghz I usually hit 95ish
